What I did when the baby, the famous 45-minute-napper, took a very unexpected 2.5 hour nap. After I cleaned out the freezer that is.

Mashed, chopped, pureed, it's a no go somehow.
(Excuse the "do", he was not a happy camper after his bath this morning, so the groomin' got skipped, LOL!)

I started these socks as part of a mama-baby pair when I was still pregnant. I finished the baby pair, but the baby came a whole lot earlier than expected. It's about time that I finish the pair for myself!

Yep. Sick :( That now makes two of us.

Thank goodness my husband came home early, and already had the day off tomorrow. Being sick tending to a little sickie alone isn't fun.
Poor thing.

I have two for today. This started out as trying to get this sweater on "film". My mom has been asking for a pic of him in it for forever, So I figured I'd get on it. That turned into:

His "I'm 8 months old tomorrow"-portrait.

And:

He learned to wave this week. It's still a bit hit or miss, and sometimes I'm waving and saying "hi!" for a minute before he waves back, but it's there for sure
(I'm so doing headdesks over the chopped feet, argh!)
